As the Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dustin Braud - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. You help grow our agency by fostering meaningful client relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and our agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Address client inquiries and deliver prompt responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
